Anurag belongs to the Rajput dynasty. Born and raised in the streets of Mumbai, he has seen the real hustle all his life. D-Aag grew up around different types of people, from typical kids to thugs, he has seen it all.

Initially, he had no clue about what Hip-hop was. He got to know about it when he was in college. D-Aag felt it, he could relate and realised that through this, he could express himself, his experience, his knowledge. That's how Hip-hop came into his life.
